A fine rye-bread, which is baked according to a special Lāči technology of parboiled flour with the natural yeast. The bread is hand-made and baked in a clone oven. Composition of the fine rye-bread is rich in pumpkin seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, lupine bran and caraway-seeds. The nutritional value of the bread is increased owing to the pumpkin puree added.
