In 2010 Lāči received the Latvian Green Dot award for "Latvia's Greenest Company" within the framework of the Company Reputation Top. The award was developed by the newspaper "Diena" and "Nords Porter Novelli".

In a 2009 survey of "Favourite Brands in Latvia", Lāči received the award "Most Unique Brand in Latvia". Based on information gathered by DDB Consulting, Lāči is named the second most influential brand in Latvia in regards to influencing public opinion.

In the 2009 international exhibition "Riga Food 2009", Lāči received a Golden Diploma in the bread quality competition for the high quality of its "Real Fine Rye Bread" and "Light Rye Bread". In turn, its "Real Rye Bread" was awarded a Silver Diploma for its high quality.

In the 2008 Jelgava Festival of Milk, Bread and Honey, Lāči "Real Fine Rye Bread" was awarded 1st place and its "Wheat Fine Rye Bread" was awarded 2nd place in the competition "Best Fine Rye Bread of Zemgale".

In 2008, Lāči Bakery owner and master baker Normunds Skauģis received the honorary title of "Most Patriotic Businessman in Latvia".

In 2007, Lāči received the award "Successful Industry Player 2007" from the newspaper "Lietišķā Diena".

In 2006, Lāči Bakery was awarded the "Zaļā karotīte" (Green Spoon) Quality Standard.
In 2001, "Real Rye Bread" and "Real Fine Rye Bread" were awarded the "Green Spoon", as when baking this bread, 85-95% of the ingredients used are made in Latvia.

In 2004, "Real Rye Bread" was named "Best Commodity of 2004" in a survey led by Latvian Merchants Association.

In 2002, 2003 and 2004 in consumer surveys led by the Marketing Board, "Real Rye Bread" was named the "People's Favourite Zaļā karotīte (Green Spoon) Product".

In the 2002 international produce exhibition "Riga Food", "Councillor's Bread" was named the healthiest product in the bread category.

In 2002, Bakery owner and master baker Normunds Skauģis received the "Capital Businessman" award.

In the 1998 international exhibition "Riga Food", "Real Rye Bread" was awarded the Grand Prix for high quality and "Real Fine Rye Bread" was awarded the silver medal for high quality.
