Pastry chefs at "Lāči" were thinking long and invented a marvellous cake for everyone loving lightness and volatility in their lives. By contributing all the knowledge about cakes, the new recipe of the "Real" meringue cake was created. Pastry chefs made it from volatile meringue sponges by topping them with tasty cream and finishing the cake with a rich chocolate layer. It is decorated with white chocolate decorations and nuts.
