Just add the required fat or binder, and your brownie batter will be ready for baking!
Preparation:
You will need: 2 eggs, 130 ml warm water, 80 g butter.
Whisk the wet ingredients. Add the dry mix and continue whisking until the batter becomes smooth and uniform. Pour the batter into cupcake molds (not completely full), then bake for 6 minutes at 160°C. Gently stir, add the remaining batter, and bake for another 6 minutes.
Ingredients: PECANS, Demerara sugar, WHEAT flour, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin), sugar, low-fat cocoa powder.
